Return & Exchange Policy

If an item is to be found damaged or faulty on delivery please contact us asap so we can rectify the fault and either offer an exchange as soon as possible for you to enjoy your products.

Jewellery will only be exchanged or refunded if faulty.

We have a 28 day period from point of sale to return any product (except jewellery) that has not been used or tampered with for a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. If the item was faulty or damaged when delivered or collected from store, an exchange or refund will be offered.
